It took one year for my case to go to trail in Kalamazoo Michigan.The Kalamazoo Police department had video equipment in their Police car? Number one:I asked this attorney to use this as evidence in my favor,for one year I had tried to get her to introduce this as evidence.She did nothing …! Number Two:During the pre-trial the Kalamazoo Police department made a statement and during the jury-trial the Kalamazoo Police department made a different statement? Why didnt Susan Prentice-Sao bring this up during cross-examination? Number Three:During picking the Jury there was at least four people who I did not want on my Jury? What did she do?She threaten me with jail,by writing on a paper that the judge will through me in jail if I continue! Number four:Her cross-examination was short brief and the questions were simple and with in 20 minutes she was done with her cross-examination! Beware of this attorney she is not out for the truth or Justice,in fact she seemed to be helping the prosecutor sell a conviction!
